A plain-English summary of how Packd handles information during early access.

What we collect

Packd stores account details and the trip information you choose to add, including invitations, traveller responses, plans and payment progress. Packd does not collect or store card details.

How it is used

Your information is used to provide the trip-planning service, keep private groups working and help us improve Packd. Trip access is limited to organisers, appointed admins and travellers who have joined that trip.

Early-access product measurement

Packd records a small number of first-party events, such as a trip being created or an invitation being accepted, so we can understand whether the service is working. We do not store an IP address, device fingerprint or advertising identifier with these events, and we do not use them for advertising.

Your choices

You can update your account and trip information in Packd. For access or deletion requests, email privacy@packd.app.
